Terms of service

What you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.

1. 1.What we provide

   We give you access to AI models from several providers through one account: an OpenAI-compatible API, a chat app and monthly plans that also work in coding agents. The models are run by their providers; we route your requests, measure usage and bill you in Tunisian dinars.

2. 2.Your account

   Give accurate details, keep your password and API keys safe, and tell us quickly if you think someone else has used them. You must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.

3. 3.Credit and payments

   Your wallet is prepaid in TND. Prices are shown before you use a model and usage is deducted per token. You can’t spend more than your balance. Monthly plans are paid in advance and renew only if you choose.

4. 4.Using the service responsibly

   Follow the acceptable use policy and the rules of the model providers. We may suspend accounts that break them, after warning you where we can.

5. 5.AI answers

   AI models can be wrong. Check important answers, especially about health, law or money. You own what you create with the service, as far as the law allows.

6. 6.Changes to these terms

   If we change these terms, we’ll tell you by email and on this page before the change takes effect.
