Refund policy

You can get back credit you haven’t used, and we fix payment problems quickly.

1.Unused credit
You can ask for a refund of unused wallet credit within 14 days of a top-up. Promotional credit is not refundable.
2.Monthly plans
You can stop renewal at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid month. A month already started is not refunded, unless the service was unavailable for a long time.
3.Payment problems
If you were charged but your balance didn’t change, contact support with the payment ID. We check with the payment provider and credit or refund you, never twice.
4.How to ask
Open the transaction in Billing and choose “Request a refund”, or write to support. Refunds go back to the original payment method when possible.
