Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to run the service and bill you, and we never sell your data.

1. 1.What we collect

   Your email, name and language; payment records from our payment partners; and usage data such as which model you used, how many tokens and what it cost.

2. 2.Prompts and answers

   For the API, prompts and responses are not stored unless you turn on logging for a key. Chats are stored so you can see your history; you can delete them at any time. We never use your content to train models.

3. 3.Who we share data with

   AI providers receive your requests so they can answer them. Payment partners such as Konnect process your payments. We share nothing else, unless the law requires it.

4. 4.Where your data is kept

   Our servers are in data centres in the European Union. Personal data is handled under Tunisian data protection law.

5. 5.Your rights

   You can see, export, correct or delete your data from your settings, or by writing to us. Deleting your account removes your chats and personal details; financial records are kept as long as the law requires.
